Sylverryn's Terms of Service

1. GENERAL


I retain the right to post the final watermarked piece as a portfolio piece and on my socials.I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

2. PAYMENT/REFUNDS


The only accepted payment method is PayPal invoice. All prices are in USD.Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% after sketch and 50% after completion.For larger commissions there is split payments availability through PayPal invoice.Refunds are unavailable.

3. PROCESS AND DELIVERY


I will update you every few days. My usual update progress consists of: sketch and flat colours -> basic rendering -> finished piece (unless the commission is larger, which requires more updates).During the reviews, you will see work-in-progress and these images will usually include a watermark and be smaller than the finished piece.The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 week - a few months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work and con seasons.I will let you know if anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time.Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image in a .PNG file, along with a smaller size .JPG.I can arrange for the final piece to be ready for printing.

4. REVISIONS


Revisions are free up to a certain amount of alteration- if the entire piece is altered, an additional charge is to be expected.Changes along the way, such as an upgrade in size or addition of characters, pets, or complex background, will warrant additional charges.

5. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY


I have copyright of the produced artwork unless discussed/compensated otherwise.I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:i) Promote myself with it.ii) Display it on my website and socials as part of my portfolio.iii) Repost on my social media as I see fit.


The buyer is allowed to:

i) Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed/compensated otherwise (profile picture, cover picture, website, etc.)ii) Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.iii) Use the artwork to promote themselves, with my artist name (Sylverryn) properly credited.iv) Use the artwork for commercial projects as long as the artwork itself is NOT the main subject for the earnings.


The following is considered copyright infringement:

i) Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially or with the purpose of earning from it.ii) Claiming the artwork as your own.iii) Removing my signature from the artwork.iv) Altering the artwork in any way.


I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon and compensated (commercial license may be purchased at any time).
If the buyer breaks any of the points stated above, they will lose all the aforementioned rights to the artwork commissioned by me, Sylverryn, and I will have the right to profit further from the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit. If you have a problem with any of these statements, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying your commissioned piece.


What do you get?


Sketch and flat colours that you must accept before I continue the work.An update every 2-3 days (can be a bit longer if ill or busy). Repeated requests for updates while within timeframe may result in commission cancellation.Full-resolution file of final illustration (.PNG format) and a smaller version for internet upload (.JPG format).A .PSD if requested.

-How much do you charge?

Currently, my prices are as seen below:
$80 per bust
$100 per half body
$120 per full body

-What options do you provide for payment?

PayPal invoice is currently my only payment method. I can set up 50/50 or a deposit with installments!

-How many days does each commission take?

It can take from 7 days up to a couple of months, depending on factors such as health and how busy I am.

-What do you refuse to draw?

Anything illegal, or if I judge that I don't want to draw something.

I work from descriptions and references, so I sure can! I also follow feedback very closely.

-Do you do NSFW?

Tasteful NSFW is what I am currently comfortable with (slight nudity and suggestive/pinup poses).
